I used Skype for a few months with no issues at all. Just recently I realized that I can't buy more credits: my card was refused, and then my payment options were locked, and Moneybookers was the only option left. "Live Help" didn't help: one hour of wasted time. This guy didn't pay attention to me at all, and his only suggestion was to wait.Later on I realized that my address got modified (I haven't touched it). Skype software changed my country of residence from US to Virgin Island. I fixed that, but - yet - no improvement.
